DENTAL CARE SHOULD MOVE YOUR FORWARD, NOT SET YOU BACK

Often, there are a range of treatment plans to address your dental health. We are committed to educating your choices, including the associated costs.

Following the initial exam and consultation, it is our practice to meet with each patient to discuss a short-term and a long-term dental plan. The short-term plan is based upon the immediate dental needs of the patient, taking into consideration both health and financial priorities. It is at this time that we can assess the amount of coverage that can be expected by the patient's dental insurance plan and/or the need for other financing options.

DO YOU CLEARLY DISCUSS FEES AND PROVIDE WRITTEN FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS? YES.

It is our office policy to clearly discuss fees with you and make specific written financial arrangements before beginning treatment. In this way we hope to prevent misunderstandings, as well as reduce the financial anxiety that can sometimes accompany health care.

Payment is expected at the time of services. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover, as well as cash and personal check.

DO YOU OFFER A FINANCE PLAN? YES.

We offer financing through our financial partner Lending Club. Lending Club offers promotional plans that are 0% interest for up to 12 months. Our staff at Harding Dental Group are trained in the application process and are available to help you apply. lendingclub.com

For those who would prefer an extended payment plan, we accept CareCredit.

ARE ALL PROCEDURES COVERED BY MY INSURANCE? MANY ARE, SOME COSMETIC PROCEDURES ARE NOT.

Almost all general dentistry procedures (cleanings, fillings, crowns, etc.) are covered to some degree by most dental plans. However, many of the cosmetic procedures may not be specifically covered unless they are being used to treat or repair an existing condition that is covered – for example, a resin onlay to repair a cracked amalgam filling.

HOW MUCH WILL BE COVERED BY MY INSURANCE? VARIES BY YOUR INSURANCE CO.

At this time, there is no regulation as to how insurance companies determine reimbursement levels. Reimbursement is usually based upon established 'usual, customary and reasonable' (UCR) fees for given procedures. These UCR limits vary, depending upon the individual insurance provider.

WILL YOU FILE THE CLAIM WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY? YES.

As a service to our patients, we will file your insurance forms electronically before you leave each appointment. Your insurance company will usually reimburse your portion of the payment to you within two weeks.

IS THERE A DISCOUNT AVAILABLE FOR PAYMENT IN FULL? YES! 5% CASH | 3% CREDIT CARD

Yes. We offer an accounting reduction if you pay in full one week before your first appointment. The reduction levels are 5% if paid with cash or check and 3% if paid with a credit card.

CAN I PAY WITH MAJOR CREDIT CARDS? YES.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
